I love being a massage therapist because it brings me happiness and joy to be able to provide healing to others in their treatment sessions with me.  When I am working, my day is seriously pretty much, stress-free. That peace and tranquility energy that manifests in sessions brings a sense of ease to those working days. Sure, do I get tired massaging human bodies all day... heck yes it gets tiring!  That’s why I have adapted to doing what I have been preaching to my clients for the last ten years, and I never abided by my own regimen.  Self-care and taking care of yourself.  Getting your regular bodywork and being proactive about taking care of your health.  It makes a world and a career of a difference!! Any healer, any therapist, anyone in the medical field, nurses, doctors, lawyer, teachers, construction, office admin, everyone, EVERYONE!!! NEEDS THAT SELF-CARE!!!

We all need that time whether it be a massage, facial, journaling or reading, Abyanga ( oil massage), throwing a bath bomb or two in a hot warm bath, whatever it may be to take the stress away, we all humanly need to take and make that time for ourselves.

Most of all, I love making people feel their best. I love being able to provide that peace and relaxation for someone, seeing that smile and noticeable results of released body tension and pain.

Having a career in massage therapy helps keep me healthy, and I help others with their health and wellness.  Hey, that’s a win-win.  I am helping people get and stay healthy, and I am helping myself at the same time.  I am always studying and learning new health and wellness information or modalities.  I love that about this career, it keeps those brainwaves continually moving.  Which helps keeps the spirit alive.

I love wearing black! Well not really, I really love my hippie florals and bright colors! But when you pretty much wear it every day, I have gotten used to it, and there’s so many benefits of wearing that black yoga workout gear. You can be as sloppy as you want and I usually am because I am eating my meals in my car hahaha! About eating lunch in my car, I’ll come back to that. ;). Another good note to wearing black, the word on the street it makes you look slimmer, I’ll take that! And seriously those Lululemon naked yoga pants, literally I forget I am even wearing pants!

So now about making a mess and being sloppy in my black workout attire, because I can and if I do stain you can’t see it... Because it’s black stain resistant! Hahaha!

I get so lucky as a mobile massage therapist I get to take my lunches and breaks wherever I want. So usually you’d find me enjoying a beautiful shaded spot (this is Arizona I live in, but it’s a dry heat) Not when monsoon season is here and the humidity rises! So yes, a beautiful shaded spot at a local park or recreational area are wonderful places to sit and enjoy the desert landscape views while enjoying my lunch or little break that I might have during the day.

The working days just fly by. Why? Because, I love being a massage therapist because I love doing it, I love what I do and the people I meet and the people I get to help.

My mission is to help guide others towards a state of energy aimed at the physical and aiming towards the energetically functionality and their relationship together.  I want to help take away any stress or pain that someone might be feeling, I want to help that person feel as comfortable as possible so we can work together in finding ways to reduce pain, find movement, peace and balance through massage therapy.
